Most products are typically shipped within 2–10 business days after payment confirmation.
Certain Products may be shipped from warehouses or manufacturing facilities located outside Canada, including the European Union.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided in the order.
Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy available on this website.
Returned products must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Returns require prior authorization from Iron Baltic Canada Inc.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was incorrect or defective.
Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned product.
Warranty
