Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During peak seasonal periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.
Some larger products — including snow blowers, sweeper collectors, and other oversized items — may require additional handling and longer delivery times during busy seasons. If any item in your order has an extended lead time, the entire order will ship once all items are ready.
Orders are shipped using DHL, FedEx, or other trusted shipping partners, depending on the delivery location and package size. Oversized or palletized shipments are delivered through our LTL freight transportation partners. Standard delivery times typically range from 2–10 business days.
Some orders may be fulfilled through our international warehouse and distribution network to ensure product availability and efficient delivery.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, seasonal demand, or remote delivery locations.
Additional shipping charges may apply for remote or hard-to-access areas. Customers will be contacted before shipment if applicable.
