Refund policy
We accept returns and refunds. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your order delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- be unused and uninstalled,
- be in the same condition that you received it,
- and be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns require prior authorization from Iron Baltic Canada Inc.
Certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted include:
- Products with obvious signs of use or installation
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- first check your bank account again,
- then contact your credit card company,
- and then contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Clearance, special order, electrical, or custom-made Products may not be eligible for return or refund.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the Product was incorrect or defective.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Customers should inspect shipments upon delivery and report damaged or incorrect shipments within 5 business days.
If you are returning Products valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
